Specialist consultations for children and adults

The foundation of effective treatment is accurate diagnosis. At ENT Care, we offer the support of doctors with many years of clinical experience.

  • General ENT consultations: We provide conservative and surgical treatment of diseases of the nose, sinuses, throat, larynx and ears in adults.
  • Paediatric ENT: Young patients require a special approach. We specialise in the diagnosis of adenoid hypertrophy, recurrent ear infections and airway obstruction in children.
  • Audiological consultations: We focus on hearing problems, tinnitus and the diagnosis of hearing loss of various origins.

Modern hearing and auditory system diagnostics

At ENT Care, we have extensive facilities for hearing diagnostics. This allows us to objectively assess the hearing of patients of all ages, from newborns to seniors.

  • Tonal audiometry: A basic test to determine the patient’s hearing threshold.
  • Impedance audiometry (tympanometry): Allows for the assessment of the condition of the middle ear, the patency of the Eustachian tube and the presence of fluid in the tympanic cavity.
  • Otoacoustic emissions (OAE): A quick and painless screening test that assesses the function of the auditory cells in the cochlea.
  • ABR (Auditory Brainstem Response) test: The most advanced method of objective hearing assessment, involving the recording of evoked potentials from the brainstem. It is crucial in the diagnosis of hearing loss in infants and in the detection of changes in the auditory nerve.

Outpatient procedures – precision in local anaesthesia

Many ENT problems can be solved on site, in our treatment room, without the need for hospitalisation. We use minimally invasive methods that allow the patient to quickly return to their daily activities.

  • RF conchoplasty (radiofrequency): A modern method of reducing the inferior turbinates. It allows for permanent nasal patency in patients struggling with chronic rhinitis or overuse of nasal drops.
  • Intratympanic injections: Used mainly in the treatment of sudden deafness. Administering the drug directly into the middle ear significantly increases the chances of regaining hearing in emergency situations.
  • Removal of lesions in the mouth and throat: We excise small lesions on the mucous membranes, including fibromas and papillomas, ensuring that they are properly secured and histopathologically examined.
  • Specialised microscopic and endoscopic procedures: We are one of the few clinics that specialise in cleaning postoperative cavities under a microscope. This service is intended for patients who have undergone radical ear surgery (e.g. cholesteatoma surgery) and require constant, extremely precise care of the middle ear structures to prevent recurrence of the disease. We also perform intratympanic steroid injections (ITSI) in patient with sudden sensorineural hearing loss (SSNHI)
Pediatric ENT surgery

Paediatric ENT surgery – a safe future for your child

If conservative treatment is ineffective, we refer young patients for surgery. We perform operations in trusted hospitals (Medpoint and Orthos), where the safety of the child is always our top priority.

  • Adenotomy: Removal of the enlarged pharyngeal tonsil (third tonsil), which makes it difficult for the child to breathe and speak.
  • Adenotonsillotomy / Tonsillectomy: Procedures involving the palatine tonsils – from trimming to complete removal in cases of recurrent tonsillitis.
  • Middle ear drainage: Insertion of special vents (drains) to protect the ear from fluid and hearing loss.
  • Tongue tie release and plasty: We help children with speech impediments and infants with feeding problems.
FESS surgery in adult

Advanced surgery in adults – chronic ENT diseases, breathing and healthy sleep

In adult patients, we focus on restoring full airway patency and treating conditions that threaten the overall health of the body.

  • Septoplasty and Septoconchoplasty: Correction of a deviated nasal septum, often combined with concha plasty, which restores free breathing.
  • FESS (Functional Endoscopic Sinus Surgery): A minimally invasive method of removing lesions in the sinuses, performed exclusively under endoscopic control, without incising the skin of the face.
  • Treatment of snoring and sleep apnoea (UPPP): Soft palate and uvula surgery, which saves patients from life-threatening sleep apnoea.
  • Tonsillectomy in adults: Removal of the palatine tonsils, which are a source of infection for the entire body (heart, joints, kidneys).
